“Kusadasi transfer (VIP service)” Excellent service, Ali (general manager) was very helpful, Spoke to him before on what's app, flight was delayed more than 2 hours and driver was at arrival with my my name display. Driver Served us cold water bottles and was very friendly. On the way back he sent for us shawarma as well.Great hospitality. Would definitely recommend.

“Superb service!” This has got to be you first choice for transfers. They was on time, English speaking and very helpful. Cold water from the cooler they provided was a god-sent. They even excepted a late call from us and organised the taxis for first thing in the morning (I don't encourage it but they delivered anyway).. These people couldn't do enough for you and even collected the money after the service was done. You can not ask for more. Highly recommended, a must have, superb service.

Fantastic We have been using the company for several years now and can fully recommend them. This time we were a party of 15 but have also previously been group of 4 and the service has always been great. “Excellent service. Highly recommended” One of the friends I was travelling with to Turkey made all arrangements with Ali, the owner of Kusadi Transfers, prior to our holiday. There were 7 of us travelling (family and friends). All contact was made via WhatsApp and Ali was without doubt prompt with replies, reassuring us with arrangements made and efficient. Sure enough on arrival at Izmir airport we were met by one of All's drivers who led us outside where we were then met by Ali who introduced himself and welcomed us to Turkey. He reassured us all arrangements were made for journey to our holiday resort. Our driver then led us towards our transport, which was a very comfortable Mercedes minibus. We were each offered cold bottles of water out of the coolbox onboard which we gratefully accepted. The journey to our resort was over an hour and half which was a very comfortable and safe ride. I can honestly say I was a little dubious initially as Ali refused to take a deposit or accept payment when we booked, he said that customer satisfaction was his priority and we pay at end of our holiday when we get taken back to airport homeward bound. I can assure you 100% my worries were unfounded. Ali is a genuine guy who truly has customer service as his priority. His service was prompt, efficient, friendly and so much so that we used his services during our holiday with his sister company 'Happy Ephesus Tours' for a day out. I highly recommend Ali and his company Kusadi Transfers for your transport. Efficient, reasonable priced and excellent customer service. We were met at the airport with a sign displaying our name. Transfer from Izmir to Soke took just over an hour. Very comfortable Mercedes van and we were given bottles of cold water which was much appreciated. Very polite and helpful drivers. Would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ali went above and beyond for us. Cars were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Guide was brilliant, knowledgable and great with all ages, including teenagers! Thoroughly recommend this company.
