Excellent service. This was the least stressful transfer we have ever had. Picked up in a very comfy Mercedes with cold water to refresh us. No waiting for other passengers and delivered straight to the hotel. Same on return. Will definately use again. Many thanks.

After always having resorthoppa transfers, wed thought wed try somethin different... Firstly, when booking, Debby was excellent :) No fuss and very prompt. The actual transfer was great.. No waiting around at the airport, Zafers very friendly too :) The car was clean, spacious, good air con plus you get free chilled water! (How thoughtful?!) Would definitely recommend to any one. Booking an airport transfer with a new company leaves you with a feeling of dread! "What if they dont turn up? How do we get to our destination?" All our worries were unfounded...... Even though our plane was delayed by over two hours Zafer was waiting patiently for us. Escorting us to the vehicle ( offering to take some of the cases) Zafer gave us a warm welcome to Turkey. The vehicle was immaculate, clean, new, and very comfortable with the air conditioning running. The journey to Kusadasi seemed to pass quickly and we were informed of our pick up time two weeks later. Sure enough two weeks later we were collected from the appartment in another immaculate vehicle in good time to return to Izmir and check in for our flight. Kusadasi Transfers came to the rescue when we had to change our flight from Izmir to Bodrum at very short notice. Once again we got an excellent service. I know there are cheaper transfers available, but if you want a professional service with reliability, comfort and excellent customer service then you will find that few extra Lira is well spent. Now we will only use Kusadasi Transfers. Thanks Graham & Paula

Would like to thank Debby and Zafer for a first class service. Debby was more than helpful and responded very quickly to any problems I had. Zafer was also very efficient and got me to and from the airport smoothly without any problems. Excellent service. Had a nightmare transfer from airport with bus provided by tour operator and contacted Debbie for help. Result was a brilliant service and a very safe and comfortable ride to Izmir airport, dropped at the door (literally!). If you want to start/finish your holiday in style, safety and comfort book with this firm, you get child seats and cold water all included in cost which is comparative with yellow cabs in Kusadasi. Simply the best!!

I have been to Turkey many times, this year was the first year we used your service, and I must say I was very pleased with the service, even though our flight was delayed and our baggage was on the next plane, Zafer waited for us.
