Excellent service. Had a nightmare transfer from airport with bus provided by tour operator and contacted Debbie for help. Result was a brilliant service and a very safe and comfortable ride to Izmir airport, dropped at the door (literally!). We had been looking at airport transfers from Izmir for some time and were delighted to find this company who could do everything via paypal. Did not realise what a gem it was till our luggage got lost for an hour inbound but this was not a problem for Zafer who quickly rearranged his timetable so he could wait for us - there was not question from him of any addtional charge and he was cheerful and helpful throughout - what a great start to a fab holiday and thanks again for everything.
